General Terms and Conditions MUST2022
MUST2022 is organized by the Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research – Molecular Ultrafast Science and Technology (NCCR MUST). The conference will take place in the Sunstar Hotel and Congress Hall in Grindelwald, Switzerland, June 7 to 10, 2022. This registration agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Cancellation Policy posted on the Registration Site.
The registration fees are CHF 150 for BSc, MSc and PhD students, and CHF 500 for all other participants. Registration is open from December 1, 2021 onwards via the MUST2022 website: https://must2022.ch/registration/. Registration and payment are possible until April 30, 2022. In case the registration deadline is extended, the regular fees will be effective until the new deadline.
On-site registration is not possible. Payments are only possible by Credit Card via the registration page. Upon registration and payment, each participant will receive an electronic confirmation. If a participant has not received the official registration confirmation within 3 days after his/her payment, he/she must contact the conference organization office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only registrations received with full payment will be processed and confirmed. Admittance to the conference without full registration including payment of the registration fee will not be granted.
Included in registration fee
The conference fees comprise exclusively: Attendance to all plenary sessions, oral sessions and visual presentations, as well as special sessions, award sessions, and poster exhibition. The conference fees include all coffee breaks, lunch breaks on June 7, 8, 9 and 10, buffet dinners on June 7 and 9, and the conference dinner on June 10.
The fees do not comprise travelling and accommodation costs. Travel and accommodation should be arranged individually by the participants.
If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend MUST2022 conference, you can cancel your registration and receive a refund of your paid registration fee, less a CHF 160 cancellation fee, up to May, 2022. After May 10, 2022 we will not be able to refund your registration if you cancel. However, you can make a substitution at any time. Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail to email@example.com. If you don’t attend the Conference and have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.
Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Photography, audio- and videorecording
MUST2022 is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some Conference activities. The organizers reserve the right to use images taken at MUST2022 with your photograph and/or likeness on the NCCR MUST website.
Conference badges and COVID-19 certificate
Because of local law and organisational reasons all conference attendees are required to show their COVID-19 certificate upon check-in.
Conference Badges are non-transferable and have to be worn visibly at all times throughout the entire event.
Privacy and data protection
Concerning this conference, to request removal your name from future mailings, send a written request, specifying the name, company name and address you are requesting to have removed from the mailing list, to firstname.lastname@example.org. The views expressed by any conference attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of the NCCR MUST. All conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.
